CERIEC has officially published the first Référentiel des compétences transversales liées à l’économie circulaire. This work is the result of a collaboration with CTTEI, RRECQ, and EnviroCompétences, made possible by financial support from the Conseil emploi métropole.
Because the circular economy doesn’t just happen with good ideas. It also requires the right skills.
Designed as a support tool for organizations, the Référentiel des compétences transversales liées à l’économie circulaire aims to assist managers, professionals, HR teams, and training institutions in identifying, structuring, and developing the skills needed to take concrete steps toward the circular transition of professions.
The Référentiel des compétences transversales liées à l’économie circulaire identifies six key action-oriented skills to support talent development and the transition to action:
