Biography

Isabelle Germain is a research scientist at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Center and an assistant professor in the School of Human Nutrition at McGill University. At the intersection of food science, digestion, and emerging technologies, her work embodies a resolutely interdisciplinary, collaborative, and integrative approach.
