Description

The project aims to adapt life cycle inventory databases to the Quebec context for the furniture sector. By identifying discrepancies with international data and integrating region-specific data, it will improve the accuracy of environmental impact assessments for materials. This work will support the development of a decision-support tool for manufacturers, incorporating life cycle assessment into computer-aided design software. Additionally, it will contribute to establishing a regulatory framework for environmental product declarations.
