Description

This project, launched by the EDS Institute, aims to support the ecological transition of manufacturing SMEs in the Greater Quebec City area by combining mobilization, scientific support and operational coaching. Drawing on a collaborative approach involving institutional players, academic experts and business support organizations, it aims to draw up a portrait of current practices, identify levers for transformation and equip companies to integrate sustainable business models. The aim is to strengthen their competitiveness while responding to the priority environmental issues identified in the region.
