Description

Launched by Université Laval's Centre de recherche en comptabilité et développement durable (CerCeDD), the MicroLabs project is part of a collaborative approach aimed at rethinking the management of material resources in hospital establishments. These participatory workshops bring together various players in the healthcare network to collectively reflect on sustainable solutions for the consumption, processing and disposal of materials. Led by Marc Journeault, professor at the School of Accountancy, and supported by the MELCCFP and the MSSS, this project is part of a wider initiative to analyze material flows in hospitals. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the systemic dynamics at play, foster interdisciplinary collaboration and stimulate concrete transformations towards more responsible resource management in the healthcare sector.
