Biography

A specialist in responsible consumption, Tian Zeng is Professor of Marketing at UQAR. She holds a Ph.D. in administration from the joint program of UQAM's École des sciences de la gestion, HEC Montréal, Concordia University and McGill University. Her research interests focus on the conceptualization, influencing factors and consequences of consumer well-being based on the circular economy model, such as: i) the impacts of innovation (e.g. eco-designed packaging) on consumer pro-environmental behaviors (e.g. reduction of consumer food waste, recycling behavior); ii) the influencing factors of consumer social well-being (e.g. consumer reactions to corporate social responsibility and philanthropic practices).
