Biography
Thang Le Dinh is a full professor of information systems at the School of Management of the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) in Quebec, Canada, and a regular member of the Institut de recherche sur les PME. Since 2014, he has co-directed the Laboratoire de recherche et d'intervention sur le développement d'entreprises dans les pays en développement (LARIDEPED). He is also co-founder and co-director, since 2016, of the graduate programs in digital marketing, as well as co-founder, since 2021, of the undergraduate programs in business technology management. His research interests include service science and smart services, knowledge management, data analytics, smart marketing, artificial intelligence in business, and smart systems for the circular economy. He holds a doctorate (Ph.D.) in economic and social sciences, with a specialization in information systems, from the University of Geneva (Switzerland), as well as PMP certification in project management from the Project Management Institute. His professional career has taken him to various positions, including researcher at the Centre universitaire d'informatique de Genève and project manager in several institutions in Canada, Switzerland and Vietnam. Author of numerous scientific articles, book chapters and papers presented at international conferences, he is also the author of a number of publications.
