Biography

His research examines how major organizational transformations affect the content, tone, and framing of corporate financial communication. In the post-pandemic global economy, multinational corporations face heightened pressure to adapt through mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and large-scale layoffs. While the financial consequences of these changes are well documented, their impact on corporate reporting remains underexplored.

He focus on how managers adjust their communication strategies during periods of uncertainty and transition, particularly how these shifts influence the clarity, tone, and transparency of financial disclosures. By integrating insights from organizational behavior, financial communication, and social responsibility, his work highlights the strategic role of reporting in managing market expectations and stakeholder trust.
