Biography
Professor Saïd Elkoun holds a PhD in Materials Science and specializes in several areas: crystallization, characterization, and processing of biopolymers and biocomposites; study of relationships between manufacturing parameters, microstructure, and the properties of materials in use; mechanical recycling of plastics; valorization of agricultural and agri-food residual materials through green extraction and processing techniques and their scale-up.
