Biography
Prof. Philippe Bocher at ÉTS has been working for 22 years on metallic manufacturing processes with the aim of producing robust parts with enhanced performance. The expertise developed by his research team help interpreting metal microstructures properties of manufactured metallic parts by integrating the different stages of the process. He is the director of LOPFA group (LOPFA stand in French for Laboratory for the optimization of advanced manufacturing processes).
