Biography

Pascal Paillé is Professor in the Hommes & Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. Before joining NEOMA BS, Pascal was a full professor at Université de Laval (Canada), where he was director of the PhD program in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Pascal holds a PhD in Management Sciences, and a Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches in Human Sciences. His research focuses on the greening of workplaces at the micro level. Pascal has published 4 books, 1 essay, 15 book chapters and over 80 articles in peer-reviewed journals. His research has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Organization and Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production. His teaching focuses on sustainable, environmental and social HRM, and organization theory.
