Biography
A man of many talents, Professor Jérôme Dupras' track record is impressive. Bassist and founding member of the Cowboys Fringants, passionate about the forest, the environment and music, Professor Dupras is committed to safeguarding our natural heritage, both by raising awareness and by financing various projects.
Jérôme Dupras' main research interests are the economic valuation of ecosystem services, the relationship between ecosystems and the production of ecosystem services, and governance and land-use planning.
His aim is to combine his economic and ecological analyses with a social dimension, by working on environmental governance from a public policy perspective.
