Biography

Passionate about innovation in all its forms, Jennifer has quickly established herself as an ambassador for the circular economy in Quebec. A graduate of the University of Sherbrooke in environmental studies, she has been developing circular thinking at the Centre de transfert technologique en écologie industrielle (Industrial Ecology Technology Transfer Center) for over 14 years, where she has contributed to the writing of numerous guides and compendiums. Motivated by concrete solutions rooted in the reality of the territories, she attaches great importance to intersectoral collaboration. Pragmatic and enthusiastic, Jennifer also co-hosts Synergie Québec, a unique network that brings together some 20 industrial symbioses throughout Quebec. A true living laboratory, this collective is giving rise to 1001 technical and social innovations to accelerate the transition to the circular economy.
