Biography

As a marine project manager, Eloïse Lemaire has been applying her expertise for more than eight years to promote the sustainability of marine ecosystems and the responsible development of the fishing industry. Currently head of the Fisheries Diversification Center of Expertise at Merinov, she leads strategic projects that combine innovation, knowledge transfer, and support for maritime stakeholders.

Passionate about the sustainable use of marine resources, traceability, and the circular economy, she has previously contributed to major initiatives in France and Quebec: promoting lesser-known species; recovering and reusing ghost gear; raising awareness about responsible consumption through Mr.Goodfish; implementing sustainable practices; supporting digital transformation; and conducting research on marine plastics.

As a committed investor with Time for the Planet and a volunteer with Women for Sea and The SeaCleaners, she channels her energy toward a clear vision: oceans that are better understood, better protected, and better valued.
