Biography

Bilyaminou Dan Rani Guero holds a unique PhD in management sciences from the Saint-Louis Management Studies and Research Laboratory (SERGe) at Gaston Berger University in Saint-Louis, Senegal. His research focuses on organizational goals, as well as the history and evolution of managerial thinking and its teaching in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa (ASS-F). He is particularly interested in companies shaped and developed according to community logic in an African context, as well as major marginalized phenomena. His work has been published in ranked and/or indexed journals and in certified collective works. Since September 2022, he has been a lecturer and researcher at Abdou Moumouni University (UAM) in Niamey, Niger. He is also an associate researcher at the Chair in Entrepreneurship, Otherness, and Society at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) in Canada, and at the Saint-Louis Laboratory for Management Studies and Research (SERGe) at Gaston Berger University (UGB) in Saint-Louis, Senegal.
