Here with Marie-Hélène Pâquet | Planning the socio-ecological transition of the food system
On November 8, the lunch break will be an opportunity to consider the social-ecological transition of the food system up to 2040 using a forward-looking approach.
How can we feed an ever-increasing number of healthy people without depleting the earth’s resources, against a backdrop of climate change?
Discover the food challenge, a collective work in which Chemins de transition has mobilized a diversity of scientists and stakeholders to bring together existing knowledge on the subject.
Please note that the presentation will be in French.
Trained as a nutritionist, Marie-Hélène pursued her academic career to delve deeper into issues of public health nutrition, food justice, urban agriculture and organic farming. She has been working with local food systems for several years. Having worked at different scales, she has developed a holistic vision of food systems, their actors and issues.
