Here with Marie-Hélène Pâquet | Planning the socio-ecological transition of the food system
On November 8, the lunch break will be an opportunity to consider the social-ecological transition of the food system up to 2040 using a forward-looking approach.
How can we feed an ever-increasing number of healthy people without depleting the earth’s resources, against a backdrop of climate change?
Discover the food challenge, a collective work in which Chemins de transition has mobilized a diversity of scientists and stakeholders to bring together existing knowledge on the subject.
Please note that the presentation will be in French.
