1. Annual General Meeting

  • 2:00 p.m.: Welcome
  • 2:15 p.m.: Opening remarks by Josianne Marsan, Vice-Dean, Research and Innovation, Faculty of Business Administration, Université Laval
  • 2:20 p.m.: Highlights of 2023 and upcoming activities

2. Panel WCEF2024 Studio : Roadmaps Toward Circular Economy in Québec

  • 3:00 p.m.: As part of the World Circular Economy Forum (WCEF2024), RRECQ presents a panel to bring together the bearers of different roadmaps, so that they can present their respective approaches, share the perspective on the transition at their scale and exchange to ensure that the paths converge. Panelists to be announced.

Participating in the discussion:

  • Marlybell Ochoa Miranda and Emmanuel Raufflet (HEC Montréal, RRECQ) and their participatory roadmap approach for Québec society
  • Charles-Éric Bernier (Communauté métropolitaine de Québec), who is initiating a CMQ-wide roadmap process
  • Natacha Beauchesne (Ville de Montréal), who works on a roadmap for Montreal
  • Vincent Lusignan (Synergie économique Laurentides), who is developing a regional roadmap

2. Networking and viewing of Rethinking our futures

  • 4:00 p.m.: On-site, at Université Laval, a cocktail reception will be offered to enable attendees to network. Online, the Rethinking our futures session of the main WCEF2024 program will be broadcast.
