Description

The collection of circular economy tools developed by Rafael Ziegler at HEC Montréal in the context of cooperatives will be updated and expanded to better meet the needs of Quebec organizations, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The central challenge is to reinforce the relevance and accessibility of this collection as a strategic resource for the adoption of circular practices.

The project aims to update the existing inventory by identifying recent publications and tools at the intersection of the circular economy, cooperatives and SMEs, while exploring the conditions for adapting the collection to a wider organizational audience. It also includes a collaborative component, with the convening of a collection governance meeting and active participation in RRECQ Theme B3 exchanges on circular economy practices in organizations.

The project includes the integration of tools and references into the existing collection, an update of the corpus of documentation, and a set of concrete recommendations to guide its evolution and encourage its appropriation by SMEs in Quebec.
