Description

This project aims to operationalize the ISO 59020 standard on circularity indicators, recently published as part of the new ISO 59000 circular economy standards. The aim is to demystify this standard by illustrating its application in an industrial context.

The project will begin with a case study based on scientific literature, using a fictitious company in the jeans sector as an example. Based on this company's value chain, six mandatory indicators (three at input and three at output) will be selected and applied to assess circular performance. This approach will enable us to develop a coherent and realistic set of indicators.

In a second phase, this methodology will be transposed to a real company, in order to validate the tool in a concrete context and produce a representative and directly mobilizable case study.
