Biography
Sophie BOLLINGER is Associate Professor (HDR) at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Strasbourg and at the BETA research laboratory. She studies the management of innovation processes in various sectors and more particularly the way in which organizations integrate global and societal issues into their strategy. Her research focuses on the organizational tensions generated by the reconciliation between ambitious social objectives and financial control requirements. She is also Visiting Researcher and member of MOSAIC-HEC Montréal for the period 2025–2027. Previously, she worked in auditing at PwC and in the finance department of two non-profit organizations.
