Biography
My research focuses on the interpretations and interactions of actors involved in ecological and societal issues; the management of ecological, technological and institutional change; and the environmental performance of firms. I use theoretical perspectives such as strategic cognitive schemas, organizational interpretation, innovation adoption and institutional entrepreneurship. Given the evolving nature of my phenomena of interest, I mainly employ inductive qualitative methods, but sometimes test relationships between organizational variables and socio-environmental performance indicators using a quantitative approach.
