Biography
France Lavoie has been a professor of Research Techniques and Data Management at Collège de Rosemont for over 20 years, and has coordinated the program since 2009. With a degree in Social Intervention from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), her career has been shaped by her concern for social development and collaborative approaches. Her involvement in seminars such as the Art of Hosting is proof of this.
An active member of CÉRSÉ's Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Society research team, she combines her interests in research, social issues and coaching. She has developed an expertise in partnership research, particularly on issues relating to social entrepreneurship. Her involvement with CÉRSÉ enables her to enrich her teaching through the transfer of knowledge acquired during her various action-research projects. In addition, France accompanies the Research Techniques and Data Management students involved in these projects, to maximize their educational impact.
