Biography

PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of R&D experience, in both academic and industrial settings, on the development of nanostructured materials with enhanced properties, the understanding of process-microstructure-property relationships as well as the control of morphology during manufacturing/shaping. Her current research focuses on the development of high-performance, more durable materials based on virgin and recycled plastics enhanced by nanomaterials and multifunctional additives such as graphene.
