Biography
Rahma Chouchane is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institut de recherche sur les PME of the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and a lecturer at the Université du Québec en Outaouais. Her research focuses on intrapreneurship and sustainable development in SMEs. She has published in academic journals, presented at national and international conferences, and received awards, including the prize for the best empirical study at the 12th Congress of the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AEI) in 2021. Rahma is also VP Surveys and Data for the Canadian Association of Postdoctoral Fellows (CAPP/CAPS).
