Biography

As a professor and researcher specializing in waste management, artificial intelligence, and sustainable management, Naddim devotes his work to integrating emerging technologies in support of ecological transition. His research focuses primarily on optimizing waste management systems, improving resource circularity, and using AI to enhance the efficiency of environmental and decision-making processes. He is particularly interested in how data, predictive models, and intelligent approaches can support circular economy strategies, reduce environmental impacts, and guide organizations toward more responsible practices. Through his scientific work, collaborations, and teaching activities, he strives to promote a systemic vision of sustainable development, integrating technological innovation, ethical governance, and environmental performance. He also participates in projects aimed at raising awareness among public and private actors of the benefits of responsible digital solutions in waste management, smart sorting, and resource loss reduction. As a member of the circular economy community, he wishes to contribute to the exchange of knowledge, the sharing of best practices, and the development of innovative solutions that strengthen the environmental, economic, and social resilience of our territories.
